Srinagar: Kashmiri Sikh leader Indumeet Singh extended his greetings to the Muslim community on start of the month of Ramadhan, and he urged the government to make the proper supply of essential commodities like food , water and electricity.
In a statement Indumeet said that , ” I extend my greetings from the core of my heart to the people of Muslim community around world on the auspicios month of Ramadhan . I hope this month will bring peace in Kashmir and spread the message of love and humanity among the people around world”.
“I urge the Government of J&K state in this month to make sure of the supply of essential commodities in Kashmir valley including far flung areas, and most importantly make proper supply of electricity during morning and evening,” he said.
“In this month authorities should also check the market on daily basis to put control on black marketing and excess hike in prices, of daily use essential commodities,” Indumeet said.
