Awareness programme on Cyber Crime held in High School Awantipora

Awantipora: An awareness programme on Cyber Crime, was conducted in Govt. High School Awantipora on Thursday, which was attended by students & the staff members.

On that occasion, students from different classes spoke about the ill effects of cyber crimes.

Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Awantipora, Miss Fariqa Nazir, was the chief guest, who also spoke in length and breadth about the cybercrimes especially pedophilic crimes commited through social media (Internet).

The students of the school were sensitised about the cybercrimes like unknown fake facebook accounts, fraud in financial issues.etc.

Prominent Teacher Aashiq Khanday was Anchor in the programme, who discussed with students and guests, and spoke on the said issue.

Later on, Headmaster of the school presented a vote of thanks to all the participants particularly the guests and threw light on different issues by his speech.

In the end of programme, students were awarded with prizes by the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Awantipora, Miss Fariqa Nazir, in presence of school staff.
